Selena Gomez - Simple Style Sparkles

Selena Gomez is no longer just known for being Alex Russo on the tv series Wizards of Waverly Place.   Now she is known for her simplistic glamour and ability to accessorize any outfit for all occassions.  The key to her style is wearing fun, brillantly colored jewelry with classic fashion silhouttes. 

Selena has mastered the concept of simplitic glamour.  This is obvious by the way she's paired these stunning light blue/grey dangling earrings with her simple smokey eye.  The combination of the two is genius and something that could be worn day or night.  The earrings stand out well against her dark brunette hair and tan skin.

I use Bronze Fire everyday to give my eyes a natural but smoky look. It's easy to put on in the morning you just rub the larger end stick over the lid and then use the tapered one on your eye crease.  Then just use your finger to smudge and get the look you are going for.  I then finish off my eyes with CoverGirl's LashBlast Volume Blasting Waterproof Mascara in black, it's great for people like me who are out in the heat all day.   

For this look Selena is more casual at Nick's Kid's Choice awards.  She goes with a clean, crisp white sheer top with a geometirc design on the front.  The geometric design fools the eye and gives the illusion of a multi-strand necklace.  She made a smart choice of going with a silver, multi blue colored, chucky ring.  It brought color to her outfit and stayed with the geometric design on her top.

Here Selena pairs a reddish orange belted dress with a large flowered ring.   The amber hues in the ring make the gold belt stand out and contrast nicely against her skin tone!
